re-download hardwood spades

my computer crashed and I am trying to re-download the game, but when I press F6 as req'd to unlock the game I get a message saying that this version doesn't need an unlock key. The troubleshoot guide is telling me to dowload an older version, but no matter what version I am downloading the result is the same.... need help
