They don't use the phone number any more, otherwise they get flooded with questions that could easily be answered here. And it keeps them from taking care of the other things that need doing.

If you have a question you can post it on the boards or email support@silvercrk.com admin reads these boards and also checks their emails.

I myself have, in the past had occasion to e-mail for 'support', only to wait weeks for a reply...

Customer service, unless ordering software, in my experience, had been virtually non-existent.

Hopefully it has since improved.

We still use the number, its for orders and tech support. We jus't dont handle in game issues, problems with actions or guides, complaints, bans etc there.
