What new features would you like to see?

Well I am not sure how you would go about doing what I am thinking ( admin is already groaning and thinking I am nuts ) But lately some of us have been having probs with players coming in games and calling names and just making the game miserable, In fact we were playing pards and a player did this and no guides were around and 1 of the other teams pards left mad 1/2 way into the game, the other 1 tryed to abandon but we had a commanding lead and did not want to abandon. During all this we had probably called 20 votes to kick and ban the harrasing player but everytime we called a vote that watcher would leave and then come right back. This happened on and off all day until that evening then mod was on and took care of the problem, Thank you Mod. Problem is this has happened many times with watchers causing disruption in the game and coming in and out to avoid getting banned from the game.

Would there be some way to change how the vote works so even if the player went back in the lobby that they would still be banned from the game. LOL I would pay for that feature alone.

Can you put a watcher on ignore and then they may as well not exist as far as you are concerned?

I know I would prefer to punish the watcher more than that.... put ants in his shorts or something. I would pay for THAT feature.

Yes you can put the watcher on ignore, problem is thats ignoreing the bigger problem these people seem to get their enjoyment on the server out of harrasing others so if he/she gets bored with us it will just go on to someone else. I have had this happen quite a few times over the last year with upgrade players and full rights players so it is not isolated to just 1 person, and they usually get a line or 2 in before you can ignore them and even if I ignore them the other team usually starts arguing with them so It is still getting what it came for. ( I had tryed that before )

I have seen that too.... where I put someone on ignore but the others at my table don't. Might as well not have ignored that person!

Whatever we come up with, can it apply to this gold and jklm poster who posts here daily? 30 amps at 220v sounds about right to me. Not talking zap foom here either. If not that, how about removing this poster's ability to post here? I think he/she/it has proven this isn't an honest mistake and oops I will play nice from now on.

Once you do put those people that keep coming back on ignore and return with another nic that has not been ignored, yes a real pain, it would be nice to ignore the "account" until further notice or you take them off.

I know there is no easy fix to the problem, and I guess since ( I am not bragging either ) I usually have a high rating that I am a target especially since this latest 1's favorite line is " Oh look it's Marshall and *&$#@%& playing a game against 1400-1500 players. I also know its pointless to try to explain to them that we don't care to sit for hours waiting for a game with players at our rating level. Yes I play other nics also but eventually end up getting them rated pretty high also so I am painting a bullseye on my back it seems.

I really do Like your idea of ignoring a entire account Dust that would solve a whole bunch of probs since most people have dozens of nics.

Yes I think it would resolve a lot of problems that I have seen over the years.... and make it stick even if you logoff, so you don't have to be confronted by them until YOU choose to do so....

I personally have nver put anyone on ignore... not to say that I haven't ignored them....

but those 2 add ons would stop a lot of issues (just in case your still reading this Jonas):

1) Iggy the account
2) Iggy stays until lifted by iggyore to the iggyie

As far as the vote thing with watchers jumping in and out to avoid being banned from the game, a simple thing like not sending the watcher a message that a vote has been called would fix that problem.
