Variations Available in Beta

Just curious as to what variations will be available to play when the Beta version is released. I have played the regular game of course, as well as acey-deucy, Russian, French, and Dutch games. They all have their selling points in that some are more strategic, while others are more of the simple r...

After reading this long drawn out post and consulting my
attorney. He had advised me to plead the 5th.

Thus I got a 5th of jack, and im pleading with my head to
stop spinning.
I think SeT is on to something here. Got an extra chair available SeT? I sure could use a stiff one about now.

HW prides itself on it's features other sites don't have. This one they can put back in the can, it's a loser. I agree with you 1000%. Whatever happened to the old creed, "If you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all"? If more people went by that it would be a huge step in the right d...

Jack said: Whether you agree or disagree with me (or mmia) - that cheats who EXPLOIT inocent third parties are WORSE than cheats who just give and/or take games from one another, or not - is entirely a matter of personal opinion... but to EDIT somebody's sentence then quote it in such a way that it ...

WHO are they harming
The innocent, unknowing fourth player who happens to sit and play a game or two with them.

Seem you took care of the rated players and passed the buck to the provie games I strongly disagree with this statement. Part of the intent of the change in quitter policy was to disrupt the constant "quitters" so that they would hopefully be forced to mend their ways and start staying in games unt...

I think sky has the best idea so far. Having a choice of 3 or 4 premade victory messages to choose from is the way to go. There are FAR TOO MANY rude and discourteous victory messages out there right now. Even some that were NOT intended to sound rude, sometimes do if interpreted wrong. Funny how I ...

Actually, you don't have to read it at all. Simply click on the screen right away and you go back to the game screen. However, I do agree that messages such as those described serve no purpose other than to belittle the losing team or players. In my humble opinion, there should be NO messages allowe...

No matter what preventive steps are taken to stop cheating, there will ALWAYS be cheaters who get around the system. To expect Hardwood to be able to eliminate it all is expecting too much. Thhere comes a point when the players themselves need to step up and take care of the situation, such as is be...

Rather than being offended by the tone of posts such as the ones in this thread, people with HONEST records should be calling for the be-heading of these people who are sullying THEIR records and names by association In light of recent world events, that's probably not the best of suggestions there...

Well, you asked for it stephen, so here it is. Just finished my latest game. Had 33 mines left to clear on level 31. Total score of 5,775,988. Another 15-20 seconds and I would have had the level cleared too! On a side note, I thought level 30 was kind of easy compared to what I ran into on level 28...

As one of the earliest players to test the beta, I offered several suggestions for improvement, one of which was for different numbering to make it easier to see on the later levels when the blocks are smaller. I like the new font. For me it is easier to see, but I do agree with Cheshire that some m...

Look at an example from real life... Cameras now take pictures of traffic offenders and cause them to receive tickets or summons in the mail LONG after they have forgotten about running that red light, etc... Which is an utterly ridiculous idea, as the OWNER of the car is being ticketed, not the DR...
