Now I have mixed emotions. I agree with both sides here. Sides is a poor choice of words i know, opinions would be a better choice of words.

Thank you very much for the kind words. We aren't perfect by any means and all of us make mistakes the same as anybody. The time we spend guiding is for the love of the game and the site we play on. Often times the headache out weighs the rewards but we keep coming back. Again, thank you.

If I told ya phone, i have to pause game? Would just saying phone, i'll BRB not do the same thing? This option was a retalitory tool too often used by disgruntled players to the point of abuse. Jus my opinion however.
