Boy, it's been awhile since players posted here. This is the most amazing thread in HW. Have watched and learned so much from here. I used to hate Blocking, still do, but without a doubt you have to block somtimes. The real top players world wide are blockers.

Would like to know if G is still on the site? He started this amazing thread off. There is so much i would like to ask him, or some of the better players. Have read through it again, it's very informative, better than a book.

yeah G man thats the way to go. why you would lead offsuit when you have 3 trump left between you and take the risk of the hand ending right there with the offsuit lead i wouldnt know. different if you only had one trump. not a fantastic player myself but i was taught not to lead to an ace like that...

help me out here. i made trump with the left, ace and ten. my p had the right bower and nine. it was my lead and i led the ace of trump, my p put the right bower on it and led an offsuit queen, this was trumped by the player to my right. when i came out with the left bower at the end of the hand my ...

G what is your opinion about blocking from the 3rd seat? I realize that blocking takes part from the 1st but in the last week or so i have experienced players doing it from the 3rd. I haven't seen one successful one.

Thanks for an excellant article G. I know what alot of players might think, that it's kids stuff and we know it all. I am a reasonable player, 2 1700s and an 1800, but i will improve with this article. One question i will ask, what the hell can we do about the Loner problem so we don't have to block...
