From the sounds of where this is going; an adult room is not what we need.............We need a "movie review room" where we can talk about whats new at blockbuster.

That scenario does sound like cheating 100%. You should of taken down names, copy and pasted chat log, and filed a report. Telling other fellow players who use this forum will not help the issue at all.

It could be the players on hardwood are improving and becoming more aggressive.....therefor more players going alone. I will even go alone on LeftA, A,A,9 under certain circumstances and make it.

Let people go alone on 9.....don't they know 13 in an unlucky number?! In later games they are doomed for failure....its probably built into the programme. I know someone that lost 16 in a row after going alone on 9 and making it

Terry's response to this question was close to perfect. If you are the 1st to open a lead, and the person to your left named trump, lead trump right into them approximately 50% of the time is the perfect play. These times to lead trump may be if you have a hand packed with aces or when you have more...

I just love those situations when score is 8-8 and other team member decides to go alone only to get stopped....not knowing their partner could of helped in suit they needed. Very next hand we get all 5 for the game; what a great feeling. If anyone wants to go alone on me giving me more a chance...g...

If everyone did the same thing by leading only trump when possible.....there would be no other strategy and in the long run everyone would win 50% of games assuming cards broke even in the long run. Mind you....euchre is a game where there is no where near the skill required as to play bridge or gin...

What benefit would a 1800+ player get joining a league? The purpose of the tourney is for those who try to achieve top spot on top25 list. All the games in 1800 tourneys are rated with rotating p's (increases the skill playing with different people so knowbody is at a disadvantage). So.....with the ...

I did read the first part of post.......my reply was intended to show that some people want extra information while playing. Sometimes, a game is won or lost on a mere scrap of information. And in closing.....i hope the extra 5 seconds to play 4 cards didnt cause you to lose a good nights sleep :sho...

Some people will want to see a hand played out in this manner for 3 reasons; 1 - they want to give the other team a false sense that they may get all 5 and be a party pooper (this reason may be considered rude to some, but just a good harmless joke to others). 2- they get to see all cards played out...

I like this idea about a "Online Champion of Champions Tourney" Myself, and a handful of others compete in a 1800+ tourney every saturday at 7pm EST. Many of these players dont belong to any leagues, but are, in my opinion, some of hardwoods greatest players, competing for top spot on the Top 25 lis...

Ahhhhhhh......To lead or not to lead.....that is the question. The main factor in a decision to lead or not lead trump should be what cards your own hand consists of. If you have 3 suits, and 1 trump, that 1 trump can help your p when a suit is lead that you do not have....so dont lead trump. If you...

cut players; beware of 950+ rated games

Yesterday, I seen someone with a 1050 nic (record of 0-1st, 21-2nd, 70-3rd) that only sets cut games. His goal is to lose and achieve the lowest rating possible. The problem with someone doing this is; if you are trying to win, and another opponent in game is 3 points ahead of you, and the other pla...
