Definately not.
You just happen to be one that got caught in the fix. Is it your fault? No Is it anyone elses? No. Unfortunately it's the only way to get it fixed

This is the only site that I personally have seen that most tourneys are rated. Other sites that I've played tourney's or ladders and hosted most are non rated. The rated ones are mostly full games. As for as the sub I think they know it won't be a win or loss for them. They do it cause they know how if feels to be quit on so it's just pratice.
