Congrats to the TD's of Euchre Nuts. :) EVERY tour should start on time. No excuses. Late start is why so many stop playing in tourneys. You want the players ..... start on time.

are guides allowed to quit a game in a reason that they had an unlucky hand? Yes. Guides are human just like you and me. They will get a quit on profile just like anyone else. Guides are the best example with behavior in games and lobby, but they are human and like me will make bad calls sometimes....

Just a thought.
Trying IMing a guide (if they not busy) to view the chat so there is no delay of game, and/or help explain to the player(s) why it should be in one language or to not chat at all during the game.
