Hardwood may deny it but we've ALL seen multiple duplicate rolls well beyond those that can be explained by normal probability.

Where did all the people go?

They left in disgust I expect.

This is an excellent idea and should be coded into the next Build.

Improvement request: When you "ignore" someone it should also inhibit the fooms they generate.

I have just played someone a couple of times that initiated a kick window which only had an OK button. I don't know how they did it but it was only after constant verbal abuse and fooming. After such behavior I didn't even have the option of kicking them! What gives? :x :x :x Does Hardwood keep trac...

I manage a Help Desk and when a fault is reported, the caller is given a hot fix, told the problem will be fixed in a specific upcoming release or asked for further information. If I haven't explained the problem properly, please let me know and I will send you an example. Feel free to email me if w...

Broken features (as suggested by Jonas)

According to http://www.bkgm.com/rules.html "4. A player must use both numbers of a roll if this is legally possible (or all four numbers of a double). When only one number can be played, the player must play that number. Or if either number can be played but not both, the player must play the large...

In my humble opinion, Hardwood Backgammon is still a beta test version and won't attract player numbers necessary to offer you competition within a specific skill band until that changes. The present build version allows illegal moves (aka, cheating) and the random number generator used to generate ...

:?: If you work your way down the Top 25 players list, there are gaps. For instance, the fourth player on the list is in fifth place. Somebody can't count.

If you place the mouse pointer over the player, it tells you the pip count and how many games have been won by that player out of the number of games in the match. I don't have the game in front of me but I believe the game details are found under the Quick Options. The same place where games are re...

Lists

 I'd like to see a Favourites List where you'd be alerted whenever favourite players come on-line. I'd also like to see the Ignore List kept across sessions. It's a pain keeping lists on Post-Its. Thanks for reading.

Elfa stated her opponent refused to kick the BOT. That doesn't sound sportsman like to me. In the past (pre-broadband) I recall having a bad line and fixing it by reconnecting. Perhaps this is what happened to Elfa. We don't know. I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I don't doubt any system is comp...

Re: rules for disconnects

...I have yet to lose to a bot and I am not a very strong player. It seems to me the bots dont always take the opportunity to hit me when its there, unlike humans who seem to want to hit and hit and hit lol. You must NOT be playing at the 'Hard' level. I'm no novice and I find the computer p...

Re: rules for disconnects

...I was disconnected from a rated game. My opp did not wait for me to return, but installed a bot. When I returned, I was unable to rejoin and opp refused to kick the bot. The bot lost. And I was downgraded. Doesnt seem right, but that's what happened. It's NOT right. Your opponent should be repor...

 How about a refresh button or Quick Option to redraw the board?

Not a solution but a workaround.
