Trouble Recieving Orders or Other Email From Silver Creek

If you recently ordered or sent a request for your unlock key and have not received a response within a reasonable amount of time, or have not received a response on something else from us please consider the following;

Allow us at least 24 hours during the work week to respond to you. We work Monday-Friday, 10:00am to 4:00pm, Pacific Time. We get many emails a day and respond to them as fast as we can.

If you haven't received a response within this reasonable period of time, it is quite possible your email client is blocking our email or has filtered it into your spam folder. The following are common email clients that do this although their are others;

* AOL
* Hotmail
* Yahoo Mail
* Earthlink

If you have AOL make sure you don't have it set to only accept mail from other AOL users. Also if you have AOL, please see this link that shows you where to look to get our message out of your Junk Folder;

For the other email clients your junk folder should be visible from your inbox.
