Are you getting just a bouncing icon? We've had a few people with that issue, and we haven't been able to figure it out.

Try deleting the games settings found in the library folder.

The user's library file is hidden, but can be opened with Go To Folder.
Note that the System Library folder, "/Library", available from "Maciontosh HD", is the wrong folder)

It's on the "Go" menu of Finder, or "SHIFT-COMMAND-G"
Type "~/Library" in the box to open the Users "Library" folder (for example "/Users/Manny/Library")
In the Users "Library" folder is "Application Support"
In "Application Support" is "Silver Creek Entertainment"
And, finally, in "Silver Creek Entertainment" is the folder for each game, such as "Hardwood Solitaire IV"

That's where GlobalOptions.dna, SysLog.txt, etc, are at. Just try deleting the old hardwood folder and see how that gos.

Hi Jonas I figured it out and will share it w/ You

The Mac user must 'go to System Preferences* click on Security and Privacy* tab/icon
And on the General* tab. And under *allow application downloads from* they must click Anyone*
The mac user has to unlock this security and privacy w/ their apple password to make the changes.
once unlocked and they downloads can be accepted. the user should click the lock again for there security and privacy protection.
