Other Solitaire enviro's and decks work?

I'm hoping that the problems I suddenly encountered running Solitaire under Tiger (10.4.1) are going to be resolved and I'll be able to go back to enjoying this beautiful game.

In the course of looking for help with the Tiger problems, I came across the "Extra Stuff" page and the links to fan sites with other decks and environments.

Dumb question: can these be used with the Mac version of Hardwood Solitaire III?

Yep you sure can. Just download them and double click to load them up

Any tips on downloading? I tried using Safari on a Mac (OS 10.4.1) and, when I click the name of the file, I see the code in plain text.

Hrmm, let see... do the context menu (command+click) then choose to save the file to your desktop. Then double click that once you get it.

Let me now of that works.

Nope. Saved file and, when I open it, it's a plain text file with what appears to be code.

Try draging and droping the file into the running game window.
