Soltrio Solitaire? (coming Wednesday, May 16, 2007)

Post by lightsup55 » Fri May 11, 2007 4:02 pm

I just read a press release from Microsoft on Gamerscore Blog about an upcoming game from Silver Creek Entertainment called "Soltrio Solitaire" for Xbox Live Arcade on the Xbox 360.

According to both articles, the release date is set for Wednesday, May 16, 2007.

My question isn't answered in the articles, so I'll ask here.

What exact types of Solitaire can we expect to see?

Will there be Bankers Solitaire and Spider Solitaire (like the ones included in Microsoft Windows XP and Microsoft Windows Vista)?

I ask this as I play the pre-installed Solitaire and Spider Solitaire on my Microsoft Windows XP computer. Although I've been playing my Xbox 360 just a BIT more.

You can see the difference on my Xfire account and my 360FriendSpot.com LiveEye profile.

from that website is says....

"
Soltrio Solitaire, play your favorite classic games like Spider, Klondike, FreeCell, and more, or play them with power-up bonuses, making your own playing cards in Voyage mode.
"

So Spider for sure ;)

Oh. That is what Xbox.com says.

Hmm... I guess I missed that part.

Anyway, Klondike is okay, but I'd prefer to draw only one card at a time.

Well, if Xbox.com says Spider is included, you almost got me sold on it. Guess we'll find out next week if I actually purchase it or not.

By the way...
If I decide to purchase Soltrio Solitaire, it will be my first game that I'll be purchasing from Silver Creek Entertainment.

Back to my game of Worms...
