Soltrio Solitare Voyage chest problem

I've been stuck at 582 chests for a while now (not sure how long, I just started checking a week ago), I've tried redownloading the game and that hasn't fixed it. Any suggestions?

I noticed last night several things. First of all I am thrown back to an earlier port. Then I noticed games I won last night, I didn't get a chest unlocked. Dang it, it was a hard game too. I should have gotten several unlocked chests last night and nada. Also I can't advance back to the port I have already made it to twice. This isn't the first time I have been thrown backwards. I just assumed It had to do with some programming tweeks, but no unlocked chests! I am stuck in this port for eternity. Well OK, until the programmers work their magic. Good catch JFK

I too am having this problem, it first happened a year ago on my 360 on my profile I got up to 210 games and it quit, my wifes proflie just quit today at 547 games. Can anyone tell me how to fix this besides the stardard reply of "use another profile"?

try cleaning out Ur cache out(hard drive and/or memory card)
go to sys. settings;memory press "y" select yes.this will only get rid of all updates and broken files(from being on live)it will not erase ur saved games..

I have tried that numerous times, still nothing... even deleted, reinstalled... I called microsoft they stated it is a vendor progamming bug. Any patches on the way? I even started a new proflie it works perfectly the other two still do not.
