I didn't think I was THAT bad a player but...... I can beat the CPU on easy, but it beats me all the time on normal. It consistently seems to get better throws than me. If I get an awkward throw so I have to leave a blot, it will always throw just the right number to hit me! Is it a problem with the MacOSX version or am I really a crap player?

Your not a poor player at all, it's just REALLY REALY hard as most would agree. The flaw, if any, is in our dialing in the difficulty settings. If you play normal long enough it will seem easier as you adapt to its playing style.

We will attempt to add a diffiulty between easy and normal the next time we update the builds.

Since I posted this, I have beaten Normal a couple of times! So now I don't feel so bad. I've always loved your Solitaire and this Backgammon is really lovely to play. The interface is a pleasure to use.

If you want to get really depress try p[laying snowie on anything but the beginner setting.
