I purchased 1600 tokens this am and have not received my unlock key it is already paid from my debit card sent twice when did not receive still have not received it

Actually there isn't an unlock key for Solitaire IV. You just buy stuff for the game with the 1600 tokens that you now have in your account.
Let's say you want to buy the game pack with Klondike Easy in it, you do the following.
Start Solitaire IV
go to "play a game" and then "Get More Games".
That will load up the store page with the game packs.
Click the buy button on the "Base Game Pack" which is the one that includes Klondike easy.
And thats basically it. Of course there are plenty of other things to pick from the store, but thats the basic process. no unlock key

No, you don't get an unlock key, like Jonas said.... but to keep up with the times and all the Ipads/iphones/androids etc, they had to program the new Solitaire which can be played away from the computer.
