XP points
What exactly is the Video Poker Duel XP Points? I imagine that it is the total points won to date? And, does this include those that have been purchased or is it really only the one's won?

Re: XP points
Its actually a tally of how much experience you have playing the game. It currently pretty directly relates to how many games you've played.
You get 1xp for every chip you bet. So since each game is currently 100chips long, you get 100xp per game.

I'm getting them all to play video poker duel outside of our heart's tournaments and games and would like to offer them a standings page.Jonas wrote:Wait, I'm really confused now. I thought we're talking Video Poker Xp points how is that connected to your hearts league?

Re: XP points
IC. Well XP points does represent amount activity folks are putting in.
We'll see about getting some leaderboard of some sort in for maybe all time winnings.

Re: XP points
Somekind of percentage of wins would be good
or
a skill rating based on the following formula ( used in chess):
Rn = Ro + K(W-We)
Rn = The new rating for the player
Ro = The player's old rating
K = Numerical constant (30 for established players with over 50 games played, 50 otherwise)
W = If the player won the match, this value is equal to 1, otherwise it is zero.
We= The expected result of the game based on the following formula:
We = 1/ (10^(-dr/400) + 1)
(dr is equal to the difference of the players' ratings)
NOTE: New players start with a rating of 1500.
