Some Questions, please

Is it only here or do members of other heart sites quit when they receive the queen of spades?

Also, I have noticed that some players get kicked out of games where one player votes him off and the others go along (whether or not they know who that player is). This happened to my husband yesterday. He is a registered member (already did his provisional games) and he is not a heckler. He never makes comments during games except to say hi, yet he was voted off the game for reasons unknown to him. I can understand when you have a rude player making obnoxious comments to other players - but this was not the case yet he was voted off the game. It didn't bother him - but it did bother me.

Also, if you leave during a game, is there a certain amount of points deducted from your total score? If so, is this amount less than if you lose a game? If not, maybe it might be a good idea to make it so - to stop other players from leaving in the middle of a game. (Paid members).

Hi, Sorry to hear your husband has had a rough start when playing. The one thing silver creek cant control is peoples motives and what they do during a game. The guides can control and disipline those who violate the rules. However the host has a right to whom he wants or doesn't want to play he can kick an or ban a plyer. Once the game starts if you take to long youll notice a clock ticking to play a card. After a few times the system could deem taht as stalling and players can vote someone out. Is it right and do all players who vote know why no. But if a vote is initiated they do have the right to choose yes or no to a kic or band.

One thing you or your husband can do is to host. People will come and as the host you cant be booted unless you are stalling during a game. I have had the same experiences in the past and my best advice is don't let it get you down. There are alot of nice people that do respect people and have a great time. I'm usually in nights, I would be happy to play or assist you and anyone feel welcomed and have a good time.

Also no one has the right to call you names or disrepect you, if that happens call a guide, if no one is available you can file a report in the lobby menu. or you can put that person on ignore

HW is a great site to play. Is hearts your only game? I also have euchre backgammon and spades, those are great games to play if you like those. Those games also have a free 30 day trial and it is only a 1 time fee if you like them and wish to get the full version for those games.

I will look for you and if i see you in hearts or what ever game I will greet you and would like to play.

until then, have a great day and think positive, i have people that call me names and i just let it go and forget about it and let the guides and MGMT take care of them.

Bottom line this whole mecca of HW is for us hard working people to relax and getaway from crazy life.

Thanks,
Truck Driver Lou

Just a side note....this is an option you must chose in order to timeout players. If you don't chose the timeout timer, you can still vote to kick after someone has been away for 2 minutes or continaully stalling.

thanks lace, i forgot about that i thought i included that. See even I as a greeter I thought i gave you every option but i forgot the timeout feature. See as greeters have guides backs, the guides also have greeters backs.
