Hearts wont open.....it says unabable to load update and gives the support email adress

I have the same problem. Only shows up on Hearts, not Backgammon.

Same thing happening to me. What is with the forced update and better yet WHY CAN I NOT AT LEAST PLAY? It is not my fault that the update failed. The last time I emailed Silver creek I never got a response and it has been hours already with no return email again. :roll: The big question is "Will I get to play today?" :?:

Fellow heart players

Same deal here. I have successfully downloaded the update, but i get an error message that it is not being received. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it, downloaded the update again and still get the same msg. I called tech support and they no longer support telephone support even for full registered users.

I then emailed tech support with no support or response from them as well.

I hate to think this, but is this just a means in which we HAVE to buy a new sc hearts version for $24.95??

if anyone has encountered this and resolved it, i am all ears....

After downloading V2, build 110, when attempting to launch a Multiplayer Game I see the following message:

"Error Dowloading Update:NOTFOUNDEmail hwhearts@silvercrk.com"

Its also happening Euchre.....tried calling the company ...nothing....uninstall reinstall....wont work....any suggestions?

Hey, folks, I miss my Hardwood Hearts as much as the next person, having played over 12,000 games over the past 11 years. But it's just been a couple of hours since the first posting here, so let's give them some time to figure this out.

Can one of you posters experiencing problems with HeartsV2 check your "Account"details and to see if your "membership" status is like mine. I just went to my Account settings and after logging into silvercrk.com and it shows this:

Membership
You currently do not have a membership. A membership is required to play multiplayer games. :evil:

I am a paid subscriber and am wondering whether to play the new version requires a membership renewal. Cannot confirm this anywhere on the site but it would be appear that way.

The new beta version that is out WILL be a paid by the month membership. There will be different pay options and the more you pay the more stuff (foams, backgrounds and avatar) and such you get. If you are already a paid member you can continue to play at the old and current version. This is how I understand it so far, if I am wrong please feel free to let us know. :}

The new version is free for the first year with 1600 tokens supplied to buy avatars etc. When you download the new version, go to the store, where you see the price of how much it is going to cost, go under that to where it says on the bottom right hand corner.....Special Offer, click on that, then it will show you where to write in your keycode, then you have your free membership for the year, plus the fun of buying avatars etc at the store.
You will then have both Hearts on your desktop, you can play either of them, but cannot have them both open at the same time.
