Recent Purchase, when is it activated?

I enjoyed playing the 15 day trial, but did not order during it. Finally gave in and made purchase Friday night, 1.18.08. Emailed Silver Creek a couple of times today and have received no answer. Would like to play again real soon. How long does it take to process? I am an Old Guy, new to this technology, and I am :( that I can't get back in the game.

The office is closed Friday night til Monday morning, so you may not recieve your key until sometime Monday morning.

It is a holiday in the US, yes but I am not sure if anyone will be in the office or not to handle sending out keys. If not they will be in Tuesday.

Nope we are open. We only take the major holidays off.

MikeyMo, I have responded to one of your emails. There is no order for you. Your order may not have reached our server. Please review the email I sent you. There is contact info for the office. Or you can order again.

Keys are sent mere moments after your order has processed and been accepted. The only reasons you would not get a key immediately is if you put a comment in the comments box (this requires a manual process of your order), you provided us with a wrong email address, or you did receive your key but it's stuck in spam, junk, trash or bulk mail. Also if you have an email provider that has a Spam blocker that we need to reply to before your email server accepts our emails (such as peoplepc.com, earthlink.com and a small handful of others).

I too purchased hardwood euchre -- on Sunday -- it posted to my checking account -- but still haven't seen the key for the program. I read how the office is open Monday - Friday -- here it is mid Tuesday and still no product.....

I have even sent emails to the office, no replies yet.

Suggestions?

you should at least be getting an auto response when you email us, so I'm suspecting that the emails are not getting through.

Check your spam filters and make sure we aren't getting junked.
