League(s) Getting A Room

Just a FYI here. How can a league get a room here when they have only 6 members? Also how can they take over a room that has been dead for a long time now? The league I am asking about is Blue Star Lounge. The person who is part of it is saying they are getting a room here. I thought you had to have a certain amount of members before you could get a room. There are 2 MyLeague rooms that have not hosted a tourney in a long time plus 2 others that appear to be Tourney King rooms. If these rooms are not hosting tourneys they should be removed from the site like most of the others that came before them. If they get a room then anyone should be able to get 1. I just hope this person is just blowing smoke up you know where.
