What is the rule on hosting tournys in Glenda's or Just for fun? We have applied for a new room, have 59 members & would like to start hosting. Can we use one of these rooms to do that?

You are not supposed to share rooms. Or use public rooms, there is a process sometimes it takes a bit long to get it approved and get your own room but that is the way it works.
Like anything else say you've sent in your tax return and waiting for your refund check, can ya just go to walmart and say just bill it to the IRS they owe me this much? NO, you can't you have to wait til the check gets there to spend it.
Say you on the road and your riding a motorcyle its a traffic jam and your waiting and waiting, Is it ok for you to drive up on the sidewalk ? NO you wait til the traffic moves the side walk serves another purpose....
So what you need to do is keep sending emails to support to remind them you have a group needing a room and WAIT like everyone else
Life has many waiting games and we all have to accept that.

Re: Glendas
How long have you been waiting? When did you request this and whom did you address this to? If you can give me the info, I'll look into that for you.naughtychick wrote:What is the rule on hosting tournys in Glenda's or Just for fun? Thanks,

still does not clairafy if there is a rule for this, I know from reading past postings that leagues was allowed to use Glendas. And have as long as I've been in euchre. I tryed to find it, I know it was written here. it was a post by a guide who said even they didnt know but do now. Can Someone post a direct rule (prefer it to be a rep from Silvercrk) so that there is no mistaking or mis reading. I know depending on the league you either follow cases or myleague rules. BUT this is a game site and I think if a HA says ok I'll help you get started, or I'll help you learn then it should be up to the head admin of the room. if not then SOMEONE say it in the silver crk rules for use of the game.
