Frequent Disconnestions

Hi Jonas,

Now that you are running a subscription service, you may want to address the issue of keeping your members informed as to whats going on with the servers. Every other subscription based game hosts a "Service Status" forum thread with information on server issues, and/or planned maintenance. The frequent disconnections of late, with no information from Silver Creek other than a poor guide in a lobby shrugging their shoulders, really isn't up to scratch.

Might i suggest taking a look at Blizzards setup. They are the creators of the largest online game in the world, and they manage to keep their player base well informed on any matter that affects play time.

Your players congregate here from all over the world. A lot of the time we plan to meet at a set time. If we know there are going to be issues, we can make other arrangements. It's my opinion that a paying customer deserves that courtesy.

I appreciate the opportunity to express my opinions here, and commend you on what is essentially a great site.
